The Aims of Counselling are:
Personal Counselling creates a safe place, within the counselling environment, for us to explore our feelings, and relate those feelings to how we interact with others.
Within this safe environment, we can clarify our life's direction, help remove unnecessary stress and mental or emotional blockages, and find a new positive direction in life.
Some Areas of Counselling:
Counsellors in this practice have a primary obligation to protect the client's disclosures as a vital part of the therapeutic relationship. The extent and any limitation of confidentiality will be discussed with clients, at the commencement of counselling, as relates to Professional Counsellors Code Of Ethics.
